Prepaid Visits
Get paid before you do the work

One payment, five visits, and the money is yours before the first appointment.
Sell service packages and next month stops depending on who remembers to rebook, because you are working through visits that are already paid for.

Online Sales
Sell it while you sleep

Most clients think about it before they commit. Your booking site is there when they do, after hours and without you, so a package gets bought at the moment they decide rather than the moment you offer.

Buy Now, Pay Later
Let clients pay ininstallments

Five visits is a bigger yes than one appointment. Buy Now,Pay Later lets a client say yes and pay in installments, while you are paid as usual.

In-Person Checkout
Or sell it right at the chair

Some things land better said out loud. A client who just looked in the mirror and loved what she saw will say yes tofour more, and you can take the payment before the good mood wears off.

Fill next month before it starts

A client with three visits left is a client who is coming back. They can see the count themselves and book the next one without a nudge from you, so the gaps in your week close on their own.

Expiry Dates
Set the window, keep the urgency

A package with an end date gets used. You pick the window that suits your calendar, and Goldie emails the client a week out if visits are still sitting there, so they book instead of forgetting.

Package Pricing
Discount without the mental math

FAQs
How do I sell a package of appointments to a client?
Icon
Build the package once, then sell it either way. Pick a service, set how many visits and what the whole package costs, and Goldie creates a purchase link plus a listing on your booking site. You can also add it to the cart and take payment in person at the chair.
Can clients pay for a package in installments?
Icon
Yes. Clients can split a package into smaller payments instead of paying the full amount at once. The option shows up when they book online and pay at checkout, and it's also available in person when you take payment with the Goldie Touch card reader. Same flexible payment options, whether they book from home or pay at your chair.
What happens if a client cancels or no-shows an appointment covered by a package?
Icon
The visit is still used, in line with your cancellation policy, and Goldie tells you that before you change the status. If you would rather give it back, delete the appointment instead and the visit returns to their package.
Do unused visits expire?
Icon
Yes, on the date you set at purchase. You choose the window when you build the package, anywhere from days to months. Clients get an email a week out if they still have visits left, and you can extend a client's expiry date from their profile.
Can I put more than one service in a package?
Icon
No. Each package covers one service, sold as a set of visits, so a five-visit package covers five appointments. If a client books extras alongside a covered visit, those are charged as normal.
