Referral Program Policy

Definitions
- “App“ refers to our software applications, through which all or some of our Service may be made accessible to you.
- “Service“ refers to the services that we provide through our Site, including our appointment scheduling service, our App, and our Site itself.
- “Goldie“ refers to our company, known as “Quartet Holdco S.R.L.”; our Site; our Service; or a combination of all or some of the preceding definitions, depending on the context in which the word is used.
- “User“ refers to anyone who uses our Service, including those who use our App and general visitors to our Site.
- “You“ refers to you, the person who is entering into this Agreement with Goldie.
- “Referee“ refers to the person or business who received the referral to Goldie.
- “Referrer“ refers to the person who referred the person or business to Goldie.
- “Reward” refers to what is received as a result of a successful referral (defined below).
- “Subscription“ refers to a recurring payment plan that grants a User access to the features and services offered through Goldie’s App and/or Service for a specified period, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the plan selected by the User.
Eligibility and Participation
- The Program is open to Users of Goldie who comply with these terms and conditions.
- Users must have an active account, in good standing, on the app to participate as a Referrer.
- Users must be in markets served by our partner Tremendous to participate. Full details can be found here.
- Referee must be a new User to Goldie to qualify for the Program.
- Referrer must share their unique referral link to be counted towards the referral.
- Referee must use the referral link to sign-up to qualify for the Program.
- Referrer qualifies for Rewards after the Referee purchases a Goldie Subscription within 60 days of signing up.
Taxes and Reporting
- Users are solely responsible for any taxes or tax reporting obligations associated with Rewards received through the Program.
- In compliance with applicable laws, Users may be required to submit a completed tax form (e.g., IRS Form W-9 for U.S. participants) if cumulative Rewards exceed $600 in a calendar year.
- The $600 threshold is subject to change based on applicable regulations. Regulations may differ based on state region.
- Any tax obligations are required to be paid for directly by the user and are not reimbursable by the Program.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious behavior while participating in the Program. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Creating fake accounts or generating fraudulent referrals.
- Misrepresenting the Program or Goldie to third parties.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or engaging in actions that undermine the integrity of the Program.
- Self referrals.
Users may not:
- Use spam or mass messaging to distribute referral links.
- Mislead Referees or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
- Use paid advertising, bots, or other automated messages to collect referrals.
- Use the Goldie logo or branding without permission.
Goldie reserves the right to investigate and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a User has engaged in prohibited conduct.
Program Removal and Termination
- Goldie reserves the right to remove any User from the Program, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
- Users suspected of violating these terms or engaging in malicious activities may face consequences, including removal from the Program and/or the App, without notice.
- Goldie reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time at its sole discretion.
Refunds and Referral Bonuses
- If a Referee requests and is granted a refund for their purchase or subscription, any associated Reward awarded to the Referrer for that referral will be voided.
- Goldie reserves the right to deduct the voided Reward from the Referrer’s account or withhold future referral rewards to reconcile the balance.
Program Changes and Termination
- Goldie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.
General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Goldie is not responsible for:
- Misuse of referral links/codes.
- Technical issues, delays, or interruptions affecting participation in the Program.
Participation in the Program does not establish any form of partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the User and the Company.
