Improve your Customer Engagement with Two-Way Texting

Staying connected to your clients is key to maintaining a successful business. However, traditional client communication methods, such as phone calls and emails, can often be time-consuming and inefficient. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the release of our latest feature: Two-Way Texting.
This new functionality is designed to improve the communication between you and your clients, making it easier than ever to start a conversation in a chat-like experience, directly within the Goldie app.
How does Two-Way Texting work?
To improve the experience when clients reply to automated messages, we have moved the communications from your device to Goldie. When clients reply to an automated message sent via Goldie, their response will be displayed and notified in the Goldie app, alongside the previous message and appointment details. This means that you no longer have to waste time searching for context or old messages from a specific client – everything you need to know is right at your fingertips.
Each client will have a dedicated message thread within the Goldie app containing all messages exchanged between you. When a client replies to a message, you’ll be notified by a push notification from Goldie, ensuring that you never miss an important message.
💡Note: The client does not need to download the app or take any other actions! They will continue communicating with you via their device messaging system.
For ease of use, when you’ll tap on an automated reminder for the message thread, it will open the appointment details screen.
Who Can Use Two-Way Texting?
Users on Pro/ Pro Plus accounts with automatic sending method will have access to the two-way texting option. Therefore, if you’re a Starter user you will need to upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus, and if your sending method is set to manual, you will need to switch to automatic (Menu > Settings > Messages > Sending method) to access Two-Way Texting.
💡Note: Message replies are available only in the following countries: US, Great Britain, Puerto Rico, Canada, Virgin Islands, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
💡Note: For Pro Plus accounts, any member of the team can access the client profile and view the message thread. Messages sent by staff members will be clearly marked with the staff member’s name or initials, allowing for transparent collaboration and communication within the team.
