Whether you’re managing bookings for entire families or clients with multiple pets, this feature is here to make your life easier and your schedule more organized.
The Sub-Clients option lets you manage multiple clients under a main client profile.
Let’s say your client is a mom who regularly books appointments for her children. Or a pet parent who brings in both a dog and a cat for grooming. Now, you can create a Sub-Client profile for each individual or pet, all organized neatly under one main client.
With this new feature, you can:

📝 Create and manage personalized notes for each sub-client

When it's time for back-to-school haircuts or holiday touch-ups, you'll have quick access to each family member’s history, style notes, and preferences.
Do your clients have multiple pets? Now you can add every furry friend as a sub-client under their owner’s main profile. You can track grooming schedules, breed-specific notes, or behavior updates for each pet.

We've made the Sub-Clients option easy to use, just like the rest of the Goldie features. Here’s how it works:
Go to a client’s profile
Open your client list and tap the main client you want to work with.
Add a Sub-Client
You’ll now see a new option to “Add Sub-Client.” Create a new profile with their name, birthday, notes, service preferences, or whatever you need to remember for their next visit.
Manage appointments
Schedule appointments by adding a client and the sub-client. You’ll always be able to see who the appointment is for at a glance.
Take and review notes
Each sub-client has their own space for notes. Record custom preferences, past services, product sensitivities, or personal details that help you deliver a five-star experience every time.
💡 Pro Tip: You can have as many sub-clients as you want under one main client.
