Set up your daily reminder to send messages with Goldie

Sending message reminders and follow-ups to clients before and after appointments keeps you away from no-shows and guarantees your business success. This simple yet powerful feature can make a world of difference in building strong relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building your reputation.
As you already know, Goldie values your business and understands the importance of effectively managing your clients’ communication; that’s why we keep improving your experience in the app.
We are happy to announce that we’ve made it easier for you to see your past, present and future messages in the app. Also, we’ve added a new setting that allows you to set up a daily reminder to send your messages in case you’re not sending them automatically, so you won’t have to check your phone anymore during the day to send them one by one.

The Messages screen will be split by sending time in 3 tabs: past, today, and future. Just like in the current version, the messages will be organized by their scheduled sending time, and not by appointment date.
Daily reminder to send messages
The daily reminder to send messages is meant to let you know every day at a certain time that you have to send your messages. This way, you’ll not forget about sending your reminders anymore, and you’ll not have to check if you’ve sent all of them or not.
This option will be available just for users on the manual sending method.
To set up your reminder, open the Goldie app and go to Menu > Settings > App notifications, enable your “Daily reminder to send messages”, and set up an hour when you want to receive the notification. For maximum productivity, you can choose to receive your reminder in the morning, after you wake up.

This sucks!!! My appointments are tomorrow and it will not let me send Reminders. Like why????!!

Why will the reminders not send instantly like before??
Please make sure you have this setting enabled in the Menu -> Messages -> Settings icon at the top right. Let us know if you encounter any difficulties in setting it, we’re always happy to help!
yes you can – if you sync your Goldie calendar with Google (for example) you can change that view into a list view…

How do you set it up to send all appt reminders at once please? I can still only send them individually.

Make sure you update the app to the latest version. Then, go to Menu -> Settings -> App notifications, enable the “Daily reminder to send messages” and you’re all set. To see all the messages you have to send, go to menu -> Messages -> Today.
I would love the option for customers to add their address. Especially for businesses that are mobile or have delivery. Please at this to the customer info option. Please

Have you guys thought about an update that allows you to categorize your services so when clients book online, they can select a category and a drop down will list all the services in the category? I have so many services I offer and I would love to be able to organize them so it’s more convenient for my clients to navigate the services they want when they book.

Hi! I am loving the updates as the app is perfecting itself for me. The one major game changer for me as a tattoo artist is having the ability for the client to attach 1-3 photos on to their appointment. This would be a big help because when their appointment gets close , I then I have to search through text messages, IG messages, FB messages and email for these references. I LOVE having their appointments all on one place but would LOVE to have their photos all on one place too. I think this would help hairdressers also so their clients could send a couple pics of what they are looking to have done. It would make us all seem more on the ball and professional in stead of having to message the client a month or two after they made the appointment to have to ask what they are wanting to do all over again. Thanks so much for everything! (Deposits to book was also a game changer! Thank you!!!!)

This is a good idea for those who are manual! I wish there was an option to select specific services to add a non refundable deposit on, Not just all appointments or none at all.

Can we please have a section where we can actually put up our business policies for clients.
You can add your business policy in the business description. To do so, go to Menu -> Online booking -> tap the edit icon -> Basic information, and you can write your business policy in the description field.
The improvement will make us start making our sales online
I would love to have the client notes you make for an appointment show up when you pull up their appointment list. You have to click on the specific appointment to see the notes and I can’t remember what note is on what appointment.
