Our updated reports are designed to provide you with a wider view of your business data. We've categorized reports into three distinct types: Appointments, Payments (specifically for users with the payments feature activated), and Clients.
Let's dive into the key improvements:
You will be able to choose to include a forecast in the reports. This feature projects earnings from upcoming appointments that are already booked, giving you insights into your expected revenue.
We've added the ability for users to select a custom date range when generating a report. This accommodates regions with fiscal years that differ from the standard January to December format (e.g., UK, Australia).
You’ll have access to additional information on the hours worked by staff and the time spent on specific services. This feature offers a comprehensive view of resource allocation and staff performance.
For users with the payments feature activated, you'll now have access to a revenue breakdown by payment method, whether cash or card. Additionally, you can mark payments as cash directly from the appointment's payment screen.
Our exportable reports have been upgraded to provide you with even more detailed information.
