We’re excited to announce that Goldie now gives you access to a suite of game-changing reports that will transform how you manage your salon. 

Besides the reports we previously offered, you will now see comprehensive information about your income, appointments, and clients, together with a forecast option.

What’s New in the Goldie Reports?

Our updated reports are designed to provide you with a wider view of your business data. We’ve categorized reports into three distinct types: Appointments, Payments (specifically for users with the payments feature activated), and Clients. 

Appointments, payments and clients reports

Let’s dive into the key improvements:

1. Forecast Option

You will be able to choose to include a forecast in the reports. This feature projects earnings from upcoming appointments that are already booked, giving you insights into your expected revenue.

2. Custom Date Ranges

We’ve added the ability for users to select a custom date range when generating a report. This accommodates regions with fiscal years that differ from the standard January to December format (e.g., UK, Australia).

3. Hours Report

You’ll have access to additional information on the hours worked by staff and the time spent on specific services. This feature offers a comprehensive view of resource allocation and staff performance.

4. Revenue Breakdown by Payment Method

For users with the payments feature activated, you’ll now have access to a revenue breakdown by payment method, whether cash or card. Additionally, you can mark payments as cash directly from the appointment’s payment screen.

5. Enhanced Exportable Reports

Our exportable reports have been upgraded to provide you with even more detailed information. 

  • Date/Time format is adapted to your country for a seamless experience. 
  • Additional columns for “Duration” (in hours and minutes) and “Status” (e.g., Completed) of the appointment have been added. 
  • The Appointments report is now further broken down by staff and service. 
  • The Payments report provides a breakdown by staff and payment method, including Tips and Sales tax information.
