- Selling products yourself through the app: If a client is in your salon and wants to purchase a product from you, simply open the Goldie app, select the desired products, go to the cart, adjust the quantity if needed, and proceed to checkout. You can assign a product sale to a specific client and team member. This enables accurate tracking of top-performing professionals and clients with the highest purchasing activity.
- Selling products via your online booking website: When clients book an appointment online, they also have the option to add products alongside the selected services. Please note that any discounts you offer will apply exclusively to services, not to products. Additionally, deposits will only cover the service cost and not the product cost. The final amount due after the appointment will include the total for both services and products.
You can track total revenue per client with just a few taps. This gives you a clear picture of how much each client contributes to your business through both services and product sales, directly within their profile. The more data you have, the easier it is to make decisions that drive your business forward!
Goldie also supports multiple payment methods, including cash, card, and payment links, giving clients the flexibility they prefer. On the reports screen, you’ll see which products are top-sellers and what percentage of your inc ome comes from product sales.
How to manage your stocks with Goldie
Managing inventory can be a hassle, especially if you’re doing it manually. But with Goldie’s Inventory Management feature, you can stay on top of stock effortlessly. You can set stock levels, track quantities in real-time, and receive alerts when items are running low.

To activate inventory tracking, simply go to an existing product and enable the Inventory Management Toggle. If you haven’t added products yet, you can activate it when you add a new item.
