If you’re just getting started with your business, Goldie Starter is free. It offers the essential features of Goldie: appointment scheduling, reminder templates, online booking, and client management. When you’re ready to increase your productivity and accelerate your business growth, subscribe to our Pro plan.
Yes, absolutely. By purchasing a yearly subscription, you’ll get two months free (a roughly 20% discount).
With the Starter plan, the reminders are sent via your device and carrier, so the messages will come out of your mobile phone plan with no extra charges from us. With the Pro plan, you can choose how your messages will be sent. Save more time by having messages sent through our system, or send them through your device for a personal touch. When you use the Goldie system, you get either 500 (if you’re in the US, UK, or Canada) or 200 (if you’re in any other country) messages free each month. If you use them up, extra messages are available for purchase. If you add extra staff members to your account, you’ll receive an additional 100 messages/paid staff/month. Unused extra messages are carried over to the next usage cycle, after which they will expire.
No, you don’t. There is no need for a credit card when creating an account or using Goldie Starter. You’ll need a credit card when you decide to step up to Goldie Pro or Goldie Team, and you’ll be able to upgrade from within the app. Pro and Team are available as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
With Pro, you can book an unlimited number of appointments, easily process payments right from your Goldie app, add extra staff members, and enjoy peace of mind with fully automated reminders sent via our SMS system. Goldie Pro uses a robust SMS delivery system with a nearly 100% delivery rate. It doesn’t matter on which device you’re using the app; we make sure your appointment reminders and your other types of messages are always sent out.
Yes. The easiest way to do so is by downgrading to the Starter plan (free). Please go to Menu → Settings, in the upper area, tap on “Starter” and then click the button in the lower area of the screen. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play will be automatically canceled when you downgrade to Starter. However, if you purchased your subscription through the App Store, Apple requires you to cancel your subscription manually. Click here for a step by step guide on how to do so.
Not yet, but we are working on it! A beta version will be available by the end of 2022.
You will receive a new online booking page with the heygoldie.com domain, but don’t worry – your existing link will still work. Your clients won’t see any noticeable change in their booking experience. When they go to your old link they will be automatically redirected to the new page (which will be customized just like your Appointfix page).
