In Goldie, you can create appointment reminder text messages in a personalized way by using dynamic fields. Set up templates for SMS reminders that contain information extracted from the appointment details, such as:
Name: You can pick any name for your message.
Sending times: You can define multiple sending times for a message: (1-100) minutes/ hours/ (1-30) days / (1-4) weeks | instantly/before/after the appointment.
Template: Here’s where you actually set what message gets sent to the clients.
Date & time format: Here you can control the date language and format within the message.
Default message: If this option is checked, the message will be added to every appointment you create
Tips for creating the best reminder and follow-up messages
In Goldie, you can decide on your message reminder length, being aware that it will consume one or more text messages out of your data plan. A normal text message contains 160 characters. More specifically, that is 160 text characters (letters, numbers, punctuation signs, and spaces), but with no emojis included!
The total character size of the messages containing emojis or Unicode characters is only 70 characters.
