Do my customers need to install the app to be able to text me?

Your clients are not required to install the app. They will receive your messages on their device and they’ll be able to reply from their device system.

For how long will my message history be saved?

Your message history will be saved for one year in the Goldie app; after that time, you will not be able to see it anymore.

Do I need to upgrade to use the messaging system?

If you are on the Starter plan, you will only be able to send messages manually to your clients. However, if you upgrade to Pro or Team, you’ll enjoy a seamless experience by automatically sending messages to your clients and replying directly from the app.

I'm a Pro user and I can’t access Two-Way texting, why?

If you are a Pro user and you didn’t find the Two-Way texting option in the app, please check if this feature is available in your country and set your message sending method to automated.
