About the role
As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our testing and development team to test the functionality and usability of our application and software to ensure a good quality of the product.
We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and has a team player spirit, among other skills.
Core responsibilities
- Approve the quality of the builds (mobile, server) that will be delivered
- Make sure the app and software works according to the requirements
- Identify the problems that the client reports
- Develop and maintain test scenarios
- Develop and maintain automated tests used by our internal tool
- Proactively communicate with different platforms
- Work on optimizing the testing process
Core requirements
- 3-4 years of experience on Manual and Automation Testing of mobile applications and web
- Experience on creating test plans and test strategies
- Experience with reporting and tracking defects
- Experience with performance testing and ability to identify and address performance issues in the application
- Solid understanding of tech files and client requirements
- Solid understanding of USB debugging (logs, app crashes)
- Solid understanding of black box testing, functional requirements
- Tools: Tool UI Automation, Selenium, JIRA, Postman, Browser debugging, X-Ray
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks
- Agile methodologies knowledge
- Proactive approach, curiosity, willingness to learn
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced English skills (verbal and written)
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar degree
- Experience with white box testing
- Database knowledge (SQL)
- Good knowledge of Linux basic commands
- Experience with test cases, test scenarios
- Knowledge of QA best practices
